- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had an account with Sun Trust for many years and the company has been good to me. But today I stopped by to get a print off of a check I deposited 2 months ago. This took the gentleman no less than 15 minutes. Worse, he wasn't friendly and looked blankly at me as I attempted at small talk to pass the time. He was very rude and I felt as if I were a big inconvenience to his day. His name was Dennis. As a small business owner, our base account under the original terms worked fine, only one issue and the bank agreed part of it was their slight and did fix that issue the problem now is they increased even on established long time customers the min balance for no fee even on established accounts.
